Greetings - My name is Daniel Adelseck. I am a follower of Jesus Christ and a married father with six kids ranging from 10 to 22 years old. I am a real estate investor. That means I am a plumber, a customer service agent, and an accountant; often on the same day. I also run a boutique real estate brokerage. I enjoy hiking, coaching and playing sports, and traveling. I follow all things UCLA (my and my son's alma mater) and enjoy tailgating and game days:) In the last couple of years, I have mastered the art of the "points game" (aka - The Points Guy web site) with my friends and use the points for adventures - flights, cruises, and hotels. My wife and I have traveled a good portion of the world both for leisure and to support ministries we love. My youngest children are adopted from the Congo and keep me young.

My business career started in the technology industry in sales and later I developed strategic alliances and partnerships. A year or two after the tech bubble burst, I left the corporate world to focus on my real estate investment business. Some of my investments were in Phoenix, not far from GCU. After the real estate crash in 2008, I consolidated my real estate investments into a manageable portfolio, and I and one part-time employee run the business. I also teach business classes to students at Concordia University in Irvine and mentor and teach entrepreneurship to kids in our area's opportunity zones. My love for people and my desire to invest in their success led me to start my Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management. I am interested in how servant leadership can be applied to the intersection of business, technology, family, and faith.
