Hello Daniel,

My wife and I would like to thank you for all your help! It's been a year since we began looking to buy a home, ran into a few missed opportunities, but in the end, we're both happy the home we could most afford was available. I know from the get go, both you and Curtiss worked very hard with Bank of America to get this deal closed considering all the obstacles of a short sale home. Thanks for being patient and guiding us through to the very end. So many emails :-).

If I know anyone interested in buying a home or experts at short sale homes, I will point them to contact you.
