I’m truly satisfied when I have put my client’s interests above all others, and sought to do what is right and best for them.  A successful transaction is partially a labor of love, and partially a mixture of strategic negotiation and exceptional marketing.

Transactions can often be a stressful events because they are one of the larger decisions people make in their lives.  Location, schools, amenities, and layout are just a few important considerations clients must examine.  My goal is to make this process as smooth as possible. All About Dan

My career in real estate began with my first home purchase in 1995.  I followed some simple advice, "Your home is the best investment you can make."  I still advocate this simple maxim in most circumstances, and give my best to see other people’s dreams and plans fulfilled.

After a successful career as a Strategic Alliance Manager for a local technology company and in technology sales, I began to focus soley on Real Estate in 2001 after receiving my California Agent License in 1997.  I added my Brokers license in 2003.  I have been an owner, investor, and landlord with more than 15 years of Real Estate expertise. My personal experience in handling a wide range of real estate transactions sets me apart from other agents and I am amazed at how often these skills are helpful to my clients. I work with a team of professionals from Coldwell Banker Platinum after having run my own private brokerage for the previous decade.  I was named top new agent to the CB Platinum in 2010 and was in the top 10% of agent productivity.

I am committed to bringing the best real estate resources to my clients.   I enjoy providing expert help, peerless marketing, and a trustworthy relationship to those with whom I work.  Most importantly, I enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done and the richness of spending time with family and friends.
